Acceptance of Terms
By completing the purchase of the Product through https://crea.mba, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.

Definitions
- "Product": the CREA.MBA boilerplate, including source code, documentation, AI configuration files, and access to the Discord community
- "Buyer": the individual or legal entity that acquires a license for the Product
- "Project": an independent application, website, or digital product built using the Product as a foundation. Each Project is identified by having its own domain, brand, user base, or differentiated purpose. Variants of the same product (e.g., web version and mobile app under the same brand) are considered a single Project. Distinct products with different brands, domains, or user bases are considered separate Projects, even if they share technical infrastructure
- "Personal Use": the Buyer uses the Product for their own projects, whether personal or commercial, without a third party being the final beneficiary of the development
- "Third-Party Use": the Buyer uses the Product to create Projects whose beneficiary, owner, or end client is a person or entity other than the Buyer
License
The purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product, subject to the following terms depending on the type of Buyer.
License Type Determination
- Individual License: applies when a natural person purchases the Product for Personal Use
- Business / Team License: applies when (a) the Buyer is a legal entity, team, or company, or (b) a natural person acquires the Product for Third-Party Use (freelancers, consultants, agencies, or any professional developing Projects for clients)
- In case of doubt, the seller will determine the applicable license based on the actual use of the Product
Individual License (natural person, Personal Use)
- Use the Product in an unlimited number of own Projects, both personal and commercial
- Access to the source code is exclusive to the Buyer. It may not be shared with third parties, collaborators, employees, or contractors
- If the Buyer hires developers to work on their Project, they may grant them access to the code exclusively for that purpose. The developers do not acquire any rights over the Product
- All future repository updates included
- Access to the private Discord community included
Business / Team License (legal entity or Third-Party Use)
- Each license grants the right to use the Product in one (1) single Project
- Team members working on said Project may access the source code exclusively for that purpose. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring said members comply with these terms
- To use the Product in additional Projects, additional licenses must be purchased
- It is not permitted to use a single license to develop, prototype, or launch more than one Project, even if internal, experimental, or non-commercial
- It is not permitted to use the Product as a basis to offer services to third parties (contract development, consulting, agency) without a license for each resulting Project. Each client or client project requires its own license
- It is not permitted to create templates, generators, internal tools, or automated workflows based on the Product that enable generating multiple Projects from a single license
- Ownership of the resulting Project belongs to the end client or beneficiary, but the Product license remains bound to the Buyer and is not transferred
- All future repository updates included
- Access to the private Discord community for one (1) team member
Common Restrictions
- Redistribute the Product, in whole or in part, whether free or commercial
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer the license to third parties
- Use the Product as a basis to create a competing product (another boilerplate, template, or starter kit intended for sale)
- Offer the Product as part of a SaaS, PaaS, white-label, or reseller service without a prior written agreement
- Publish the Product's source code in public repositories
Compliance and Verification
The seller reserves the right to verify compliance with these terms. If use exceeding the purchased license is detected, the seller will notify the Buyer and grant a reasonable period (minimum 15 days) to regularize their situation by purchasing additional licenses. If the Buyer does not regularize, the seller may revoke access to the Product.
Businesses with Special Needs
For businesses that need different terms (multiple projects, platform integration, redistribution, white-label, or OEM), contact hola@crea.mba for a custom offer.
Price and Payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT (21% for customers in Spain). For EU customers, VAT is applied according to the buyer's country regulations. For customers outside the EU, prices do not include local taxes. Payment is processed through the payment platform integrated in the website (Polar as Merchant of Record). Access to the Product is delivered automatically upon payment confirmation.
Delivery
Upon payment, the Buyer automatically receives:
- Access to the private GitHub repository with the complete source code
- Invitation to the private Discord community
Refund Policy
The Buyer has 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. To request a refund, contact hola@crea.mba with the purchase email. Upon refund, access to the GitHub repository and Discord community will be revoked. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
Updates
The Product includes access to all future repository updates at no additional cost. Updates are delivered directly through the GitHub repository. The seller does not guarantee a minimum update frequency. The seller reserves the right to discontinue the Product, in which case the Buyer will retain access to the code in its current state.
Support
Support is provided through the Discord community. The seller does not guarantee response times or resolution of specific queries. Support does not include custom development, project configuration for the Buyer, or consulting.
Intellectual Property
The Product is the intellectual property of Israel Palma Sebastià. The purchase grants a license to use, not a transfer or assignment of intellectual property. Projects created by the Buyer using the Product are the Buyer's property.
Disclaimers
The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The seller does not guarantee that the Product will be error-free, compatible with all environments, or suitable for a specific purpose.
Limitation of Liability
The seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product. The seller's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer.
Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available at https://crea.mba/privacy.
Modifications
The seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be published on this page with the updated date. The terms applicable to each purchase are those in effect at the time of purchase.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and European Union regulations. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
