CREA.MBA is the boilerplate I wished I had when I started shipping MVPs with Claude Code. Not "AI-compatible". Designed so the AI actually understands the codebase — from the first line.
Why AI-Native matters
Most boilerplates ship code. CREA.MBA ships context. One root CLAUDE.md and sixteen per-module claude.md files teach your AI how to use the project: eighteen skills, six rule files, two agents, auto-format hooks, and nine automated checks. Your Claude Code stops guessing — it already knows the architecture, the patterns, and the conventions of the project.

Before CREA.MBA I was Team Lead at Global Alumni, worked on AI at Gyrus, and led engineering as CTO of a fintech startup (Blabmoney). When the startup shut down, I went full-time on my own. The CREA.MBA stack comes from all of that: those companies, the client projects I ship through IPalSeb Studio, and the experiments I run as a hobby. I evolve it based on my own needs — and on feedback from the first customers in the private Discord. On LinkedIn I post almost daily about AI, dev, and entrepreneurship; on YouTube I use this same boilerplate to build other products live in the Build in Public series.
The story
CREA.MBA started for something pretty boring: not repeating the same work every time I wanted to ship something new. Auth, payments, emails, folder structure... the usual. When I started coding with AI, I kept adapting it so the AI could actually use it. In June 2025 I moved to Claude Code and the bar went up: it wasn't enough for the AI to understand a single file, it had to understand the whole project. 10x gains — but only on repos where I had left the context organized. Late that year, the startup where I was CTO shut down and I went back to freelancing through IPalSeb Studio. That accelerated things: the boilerplate went from something I used to something I ship.
At this point it's a reflection of what I need, what I've learned, and what I think works best after years of writing code. The code is documented for humans; the CLAUDE.md files, the rules, and the skills are documented for the AI. Every convention has a reason, every rule has a check, and nothing is decorative.
Built on Next.js 16, Bun, Prisma, Better Auth, Polar or Stripe, Resend, Tailwind v4, and shadcn/ui. Opinionated where it matters, flexible where you need it.
